Great short term investment! With a little TLC this would be a great rental. Located within blocks of the light rail it’s great for commuting. The city is in the process of redoing the comp plan and zoning. With the passage of the state bill 1110 and 1350, residential lots in the state will no longer be zoned for a single home, a minimum of a four will be allowed and even more within short distances of public transit.
