Harborview Marina is the only marina that can be individually purchased with covered moorage. This means that there are only 48 slips in Gig Harbor that can be individually purchased that are under cover. There has only been one other slip on the open market since 2018. This slip is 34 feet in length and 12 feet wide. Amenities include gated parking, pump outs, electricity, security gate, an ice maker, bathroom, and Wi-Fi.
