Nestled in the old growth trees with just the right year-round blend of sun and shade, this bunkbed park model has a bed in the back and 2 full size bunkbeds with closets in the front. Additional sleeping space in the carpeted add-a-room. Off street parking is large enough for 4-5 cars. All roofs were replaced with long life metal roofs and require almost no maintenance. Water supply pipes have been re-piped with upgraded burst resistant Pex type piping. The newer shed has vinyl siding and a nice workbench with lots of shelves for organized storage. The main unit heater has been replaced with an upgraded energy efficient propane unit. You can even hear the flow of the nearby Nooksack river when the wind carries it’s tune to the sky.
