Most if not all of the work has already been done and this project is ready to submit for permits for a manufactured home ( it is possible to build a house on this site instead ) An off – site drainfield is approved by the the health department. An on – site well has been installed and is ready to go. A critical areas study and mitigation plan, and LDA site plan and supporting documentation have also been completed. This lot has a relatively flat building pad with easy access and expansive mountain views and is bordered on the south by many acres of state forest land.
