This is a great little water view lot that looks over the narrow portion of Dyes Inlet towards Tracyton. Right now, it’s a filtered view due to all the trees but if you sneak a peek at the adjacent house…they have cleared all the trees impeding their water view! The best building site is the 60’ x 80’ area right off of Circle Drive. After the preferred site, the lot slopes steeply down to Rocky Point Drive. City water is available in the street, there is no sewer on Rocky Point. With a little homework and thinning this will be a great water view lot!
