Own a part of history in Historic downtown Ritzville. Pastime Tavern and building has many updates including new plumbing and some updated electrical work to bring it to code. Building has a full upstairs with a living quarters that could be used for apartment’s or office space. Separate entry and staircase to the upstairs. Newer kitchen equipment and a new cooling system for the walk in cooler. Pizza cooking station as well. Currently closed but if you open the doors back up the customers will show back up.
