Units open inside to each other to make a large combined unit. Chateau has Pool, Kid zone, Playground, Volleyball, Basketball and direct access to the beach. Owner allowed to use room, 45 days per year/per unit. No full time use allowed. New floors have been put in throughout the building. Some units have new furniture, 422 & 423 will get new furniture at a later date.
