Recently recorded survey with 17 legal lots of record. 16 five acre tracts and one 7 acre tract. Roads, power, telephone were installed circa 1995. At that same time, the property was surveyed and the survey markers are in and identified with T-posts. Part timbered, part pasture and part brush.
