Hello beach lovers! I was quite the looker back in ‘63 but unfortunately time has taken off some of my polish and I’m in need of a face lift and a nip and tuck on one of my corners. However I still have lots to offer and will be very rewarding to my new owners! I offer a great floor plan, a big kitchen, large living room, and wonderful windows. Next to my heart is a LARGE fireplace and I have solid Fir floors throughout just waiting to be refinished! My bonuses include lots of character and a large private rear yard. Rather than call me “cheap” I would prefer to be referred to as “the best value in South Beach”! I even have an ocean view from my driveway!
