This 40 +/- acre timberland tract is located on the Quinault Indian Reservation and within a 15-minute drive of the community of Amanda Park. The property was last logged in the late 1980’s and consists of naturally regenerated red cedar, pine, hemlock and alder and may have some cedar salvage value. There is good physical access from along the Esses Mainline, a gravel haul road. The tract is suitable as a long-term timberland investment or perhaps for recreational purposes.
