The condo has full kitchen, dining space, bedroom, full bath, and sitting area with fireplace with large slider door leading to a balcony. Unit comes fully furnished including cutlery and dining ware. Unit sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Unit is not able to be used as a full-time residence. Owner use available for 30 days per year for $21 per night (cleaning fee), excess of 30 is regular reservation rate.
