74.3 acres mostly maple, cedar, spruce, and alder. Some second growth fir. 3600 fir, cedar and spruce trees were planted 20 years ago. There were many walkable trails on both parcels. There is a ridge line on the 38-acre piece that has really great views of the Sumas valley and Canada. All lines have been fenced or at least posts put in to mark them except for the northern line on the 35 acre piece. There was a clear cut below the 35 acre parcel that defined about half of that line but not the rest of it. There is a 2 acre inholding on the 35 acre piece.
