These owners built and designed a unique home with lovely gardens. The main living spaces are on the upper floor, including the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom to provide some privacy, capture the light and give it a perch like feel. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and entrance to a 1 car garage and utility space. In the early 2000’s the owners built 2 bonus space on the west side of the home. The room built off the kitchen has vaulted ceilings and plenty of light, it could be used as a dining room or an extra living space. On the main level the owner used the bonus room as an arts & crafts space and it has its own side entrance, The real love went into the gardens, even designing the gate to walk through.
