Welcome to Paradise. This lot is close to the duck pond, and the Marina on a beautiful private Island. Travel by our new catamaran ferry that holdup to 48 passengers, or your own private boat. We have a community garden, common area for concerts, parties, fun and more. There is a children’s play area with a new playground with swings. Miles of beaches that starches around the whole island. Activities, clamming, crabbing, whale watching, swimming and sunbathing. We have a Yacht Club, with many amenities. We also have a USGA rated Golf Course.
