This MFH is in excellent condition, the owner did some remodeling and updating. Nice size rooms and huge bathroom. Set toward the back of the lot there is plenty of space in the front yard for entertaining. The large metal carport has an attached lockable storage room running the width of the building and still leaves room for 2 cars and mowers etc. Kitchen cabinets could use updating, but the sink is set in the corner with corner windows providing an awesome view.
