The site already has water. It just needs to be plumbed to the cabin. The sink uses battery operated dometic faucet w/ 6 gallon jug. Cabin is wired for Electricity and they use generator or could do solar for electricity. There is no better place to go relax, Skiing, Hiking, and Fishing are all out your backyard with the National Park peaks just a few miles away. Possible short term rental.
