Storage is capable of holding up to 6,000 tons of potatoes for up to a year following harvest. It has two storage bays with a plenum in between which delivers cooling and humidity throughout the storage areas. The power and cooling system was updated in 2022 along with a new clima-cell humidity system in the following year. The floor is dirt. Large roll-up doors are located at both ends of the storage bays to facilitate storing and removal of the potatoes. There is a private well on-site to provide water for the bathroom and the humidification process. Control equipment was recently updated to provide remote monitoring and control via internet connection. Tenant desires to renew. On-going maintenance performed by Agri-Stor.
