The placement of this home in 2023/2024 included pouring a new slab (that could accomodate a larger manufactured home), new septic system, new eletrical service and block skirting. The interior is full of updates, including some bathroom fixtures, flooring, paint, hot water tank, microwave and range. The Timberlakes community features two lakes, a boat launch, parks, trails and a very friendly staff.
