Can you imagine having your own dream house at the beach? Or, maybe you are looking for your own camping spot (120 days) by the ocean. You can walk or drive to the nearest beach approach and spend many wonderful days razor clamming, fishing, beach combing, flying kites, or simply a peaceful walk next to the ocean. Lot is in the community club where you can enjoy multiple swimming pools, parks, a gymnasium and other great activities. Dues are $195 per year. PLEASE be careful when walking onto lot, trail is rough but short.
