You can own a piece of Dayton’s history. This one of a kind brick home on the Natl. Historic Register, was built in 1900. Back in the day, it would have been a stunning mansion. July of 1992 the home was rewired, with a new 200 amp service panel. Also new copper plumbing was installed. The interior walls and ceilings were stripped down to the studs, and new lath & plaster and paint was installed. Kitchen was remodeled, all missing moldings & trim were custom milled alder that was finished using historic methods. Window sills were refinished or restored.
