We have grown as a family and made changes, additions and upgrades over the years. The great room flows to the large deck and fully fenced yard. Enjoy the seasonal lake as a park when it’s dry and break out the paddleboards when it’s full. The bonus room/office is above the garage. The big remodel started in 2018. New kitchen, bathrooms, refinished floors, a propane fireplace, and Mini-Split AC/Heat in the great room, and garage/bonus room. The neighbors and community have been awesome … swimming in the river, hiking/biking up to rattlesnake lake, the park across the street and meeting friends at the South Fork Restaurant. Oh yea, S’mores by the fire pit and the hot tub as the sun comes up. We loved it here and hope you will as well.
