Rustic main building sits on over 11 acres of private, heavily timbered land with seasonal creek running through it. Creek runs for about 5 months a year. Outdoor kitchen area covered by roof has gas BBQ, and sink that pulls water from a 1,500 gallon cistern. Pump from creek is used to fill cistern. Creek water is untreated so boiling water before consumption is advised. Main building fitted with solar panels that are wired to a battery bank. Main building is heated with portable propane heater. Separate storage building also on property.
