Hard to find building lot in great Lake Stevens location. The lot slopes gently to west which should open up to some sound views and spectacular sunsets. Public water is in the street, the drainfield has been submitted, pending approval, power is on the property and PSE said that gas is available. There are no known wetlands, however a wetlands study will still need to be completed prior to submitting for a building permit. There are very few good building lots left, so don’t sleep on this one.
