Incredible Clocktower Professional Building is very well maintained with 5 separate suites. Great location with visibility from I-5. Building completely rebuild in 1998 and has had several remodels since. Two really nice suites in the back have their own entry and shared restroom. They also have new mini-split heat pumps and small kitchenettes in each space with granite counters and skylights. Three suites on the front of the building with shared kitchen, restrooms and shower. New roof was just installed and clock on the tower has been rebuilt. Also a small detached 250 sf building that has just been remodeled.
