Here’s a cute little cafe in the downtown Bellevue area. Great operating hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3pm, and closed on the weekends. The menu is quite simple, too; we are talking coffee, sandwiches, soups, light snacks and drinks. Only breakfast and lunch is served. There is no hood, so there is NO messy cleanup.
