This Transaction shall be incorporated and included in an IRC Section # 1031 Exchange for the benefit of the Seller. Buyers agree to cooperate with the Sellers in accomplishing this procedure. Sellers shall assume the responsibility for the costs of the exchange. Buyers shall be free from any charges related to this exchange nor shall they, with the exception of their cooperation ,have any responsibility for the ultimate effectiveness or enforceability of the exchange.
