The deep water moorae slip will accomodate up to a 33 ft vessel. Each slip offers water/power/WiFi/and pumpout station located on the breakwater. The community amenities include off street parking, private clubhouse with wet bar, TV’s, fire pit, BBQ’s, showers and laundry. Private gated entry to docks and monitored daily by Sunset Marina staff for year round safety of your vessel. Dock Master and HOA manager offer additional oversight.
